Went to tsl for firm visit and tried on a $20k ring on haha And went to central for some bombass Chinese food!

Day 14: got a hurrcut today :o and ladies night again at lkf. Ellen’s twinning with me…

Day 12: free day!

Day 10: Ocean park! There was so many damn ppl -_-

Day 9: Day trip to Macau! And had the best Portuguese egg tart of my lifeeee

Day 8: Friday

Had another firm visit, this one was to Coffee Academics. I really enjoyed the talk, I thought the owner was pretty brave to jump into an industry she knew pretty little about and straying from her original career path. Worked out pretty well for her though since Coffee Academics is quite successful now. She strongly believed that coffee is as much of a delicacy as fine wines and should be more deeply appreciated.

Afterwards we went to Causway bay to Ichiran for more ramen ^_^

This ramen was freaking delicious :p

Day 7: Thirsty thursday was so real.

We went out to Lan Kwai Fong for ladies night with the UC krew and the Venezuelans. Not gonna lie it was pretty fun even though all I had were nasty vodka mixers all night. x.x

Day 5! Today was a day filled with spontaneity! We had our first firm visit at InvestHK and since we finished early, we got a chance to tour around Central. The guest speaker made me a little bit interested in working abroad but I don’t think I can ever see myself living in HK for more than 3 years. I think I have become too American to live here since its so culturally different than America. I don’t really like how people conduct business here, where you have to “give face”, its just not the kind of style of work I want to invest my time in.

But we ended up taking the ferry to Tsim Sha Tsua, which was pretty fun. We walked all around Harbour City and took in the breath taking views ^_^

Then we  took a lil detour to Ozone, which is the tallest bar in Hk! My wallet is crying since I got a drink for HKD $180 haha. But overall I thought today was a very good day :D

Day 4: Had my first day of class today, and I must say I was really interested in the class at first. But it was just the fact that it was so long that i lost interest. BUt afterwards we went to  Mong kok for some Japanese amen at Ipuddo and it was SO DELICIOUS OMG!!

Kinda embarrassing though cause we made a scene at the restaurant and everyone was staring at us like we were crazy Americans. And also we got a free beer cause I was also not about to pay HKD $36 for another beer for miscommunication..

Day 3: IT RAINED ALL FREAKING DAY TODAY. My shoes and clothes were soaked which made the day off to a pretty bad start. I’ve been to the Big Buddha before so I was not that amused. The other weird thing was that they brought us to Thai O, this fishing village where there was nothing to do but walk around the little street vendors.

I think they definitely could’ve planned the Hong Kong day trip better because it was just a big hassle all day going up and down the hill and missing the cable car ride cause of the rain and such…

#muchdissapointment :/

Day 2: Today was the first day we had time to chill and meet people. Naturally all the UC kids banded together. I think four out of 6 of us actually spoke Cantonese yet we still managed to get lost..
We decided to drop by Causeway bay which is a pretty bougie part of HK. I have also decided to take a selfie of everything on this trip haha. Welcome to ma lyfeee
